The Best Frankfurt Clubs

Whether you’re in the mood to dance, drink, or just experience Frankfurt nightlife, here are six great club choices to check out while you’re visiting this German city.

Cocoon Club

The Cocoon Club is one of the most popular Frankfurt clubs, and for a good reason. The Cocoon Club features live music and space-themed décor that’s grown-up, not cliché. You can also dine at the sophisticated restaurants Silk or Micro before making your way to the dance floor.

The King Kamehameha Club

The King Kamehameha Club opened in 1999 in a building that used to be a brewery and is now a modern club scene. The King Kamehameha Club has numerous resident DJs, and the club’s band performs on Thursdays.

Sinkkasten Arts Club

Sinkkasten is one of the best Frankfurt clubs because there’s something going on every night of the week, whether it’s a live music performance or music from a DJ. On “Dance Club” nights, Sinkkasten doesn’t charge admission for students, so this club might be particularly appealing to younger tourists.

Velvet Club

The Velvet Club features an open, industrial design and has a large dance space in addition to the bar and lounge area.

APT (Apartment)

A club since 2006, APT was updated in 2009 and now has a sleek design. The dance floor itself is smaller than others in Frankfurt, providing visitors with a more intimate experience, and is unique with its kitchen-theme. 

The Odeon

The Odeon is a two-floor club that hosts events each week. Past events at the Odeon have included “Fun Fraternity: Students at the White House” and “Friday Night Live.”
